Salon Etiquette 

 

No Children / No animals 

Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids. For the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon. We do offer child haircuts and manicures and if your child has an appointment booked specifically for her / him we will accept them during their scheduled time. But we don’t allow any kids accompanying you in the salon while you are doing your services. This is also hugely for a safety reason. 

 

Cancellations 

 

Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved specially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefor we require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a fee of 50% of service/s scheduled will be charged upon your next visit. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (514) 489 2225. If no one answers please leave a message with your name and number explaining your situation. 

 

 

Late Arrivals 

 

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you come late to your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you and still provide you with the services booked but our clients booked after you will have priority in order for us to respect their allotted time. If we are unable to accommodate you / or you are more than 30 minutes late please be advised it could be considered as a failure to reschedule in time or as a “no show”.

 

Refunds

 

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within a week of your appointment. 

 

 

Respect 

 

Please respect our staff! We have a zero tolerance to verbal abuse and harassment. If you’re unable to communicate with our staff in a respectful manner or make any staff member feel uncomfortable you 100% will be refused service.
